“Great experience! Got me set up with the right shoes, took the time to analyze my running form and gave great tips on training. As someone who is getting back into running this place and the staff definitely got my excitement up that much more! Looking forward to the 6pm runs on Wednesday they host as well! If you are an avid runner or getting back into like myself, Howe to Run will not disappoint.”
“The store has a wide variety of high quality products, you'll be able to find what you need with no problem. If your feet hurt for standing up so much I recommend buying the Attrex insoles, they take away the pain instantly. The staff is very kind and helpful, Gail and Aslyssa (and one more but I forgot to ask her name, sorry) worked with me to try to find me the right shoes that would help me aliviaste any disconfort I felt, they've all gone far and beyond and have have given me one of the best customer service experience I've had anywhere else and will defiantly make any future purchases only in their store.”

“Quick and easy shoe grab as I forgot tennis shoes of a trip. The store was organized and easy to navigate. I was in there less than 5 minutes to get my emergency shoes. When they saw someone new walked up in line the manager jumped in and opened a new line to keep it moving.”

A gentleman was working the store, and he was attentive, kind, and helpful. He greeted us and others as we entered.
We were shopping for someone on the autism spectrum, who can’t always fully articulate how a shoe really fits. The gentleman working helped us get her accurate shoe size, and spoke so kindly and gently as he did so.

“I went in about two weeks ago, and no one waited on me at all and I was so disappointed. There is a pair of Converse that I really wanted that I had only seen there, so I decided to brave the visit again.
It was like an entirely different store! Different vibe, different energy, different treatment. I was immediately welcomed in and asked if I was looking for anything in particular? Huge shout out to the new store manager Kalina and her co-manager, Hailey. They helped me figure out the best shoe for my feet, explained WHY they were the better shoe, and how to best care for them.
I went in expecting to be ignored again, and this time, it was like a blanket of warmth and friendliness. They didn't have the shoe I wanted, but not to worry! It's being shipped to my home at no charge! I couldn't be happier!
