Rented small truck.Customer service was A+.The guy at the desk was very friendly and answered all questions. We had no problems.

I reserved a truck a month in advance only to have them call the day before and tell me I have to drive an hour away to pick one up. Why even bother making a reservation. this is the worst truck rental experience I have ever had and I will never use u-haul again.

No answer, no voicemail pickup. At least turn on your answering machine when you go in the back to take a nap.
