The United States Postal Service provides secure, reliable, and affordable delivery to every address. It manages many retail locations and processes a large portion of the world's mail. The staff can sometimes have an attitude or act miserable, tired, and sour, especially if you are not a regular. Being very nice to them often helps. They can be stubborn with package handling, refusing to obtain items that arrive after opening time until the next day. Otherwise, things are generally fine at the local Post Office.

I love these people. If you aren't a regular, they kinda have an attitude, but welcome to working for the government. Anyways, love these workers.
