Carrier refuses to put packages on the porch and we have to guess where she leaves them including things that do not need to be left in the rain. Leaves our mailbox wide open in the rain (it's a new mailbox) wet magazines and mail.

Atrocious customer service. I thought perhaps the guy was just having a bad day, but he is mentioned several times in other poor reviews. What a shame for the only post office on WI to be tarnished with such a disrespectful cashier.

Very incompetent. They stated they never received my package back after attempting delivery. They then sent me back and forth 3 times between the other post office just for them to realize they stored my package in the wrong place. Wasted hours of my time.
