Ms.Tiffany was so helpful and tried so hard to get my service back on. She didn’t stop until it came back home.

Incompetency. Went to activate a phone received from asurion and they could not figure it out. They told me the phone was bricked. 5 minutes on the phone with Verizon and it was fixed lol.

Super busy when I walked in but I was still promptly greeted and attended to. Bought a new privacy screen and the rep installed it for me. Great service, I explained what I needed and was in and out. Good store location as well.
