They contacted me 1st thing Monday morning and told me what needed to be fixed and gave me the cost. My car was repaired that same afternoon. The technician did an exceptional job and took his time inspecting my 2019 Mercedes S560 4matic The service advisor was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the process and letting me know how it worked. “Soooo I was in a panic on a FRIDAY afternoon when I discovered my undercarriage/splash shield was falling off. I REALLY didn’t know what to do as my steady mechanic was not available and I KNEW ACURA would hit me over the head with this repair.
