“This location was not business when I visited. After filling out the necessary slip, I went straight to a teller. Daniel was very professional. For some reason, my driver licenses had to be updated. This had to have been done at other locations, at least 2 times. The ID reader would not work, so he typed in the updated information, so this caused me to be inside longer than I should have. He told me that the information had been input but they may request to make a scan, at another time. This was not Daniel's fault. Other than this, it was a business transaction that was handled very professionally.”

I came in with my grandmother and even though they didn't have the card machines as of right now (they might get some on down the line so call before you go if you need a card made) they told us which branches have them and helped with my grandma's online access. “On 8/4, I went to the Atlanta Rd/Smyrna location, to get bank statements print-outs...which I was told there's a $5 fee, as it was a few minutes before 4pm closing. I was escorted to the ATM @ the branch, and withdrew $20...the young lady that assisted me didn't make it clear...that each months - statements is $5! So I left swiftly, didn't realize I didn't get my change until I stopped @ a restaurant. I called the Customer Service #, as IK they were closed, and spoke to a lady, whereas she emailed and or left a message with Saria.(unsure of spelling). I am very appreciative....that this Financial Institution has really worked with me with my loans. But I don't appreciate the young lady..
per her supervisor once she returned my call, letting me know about the particulars on my $20 and chamge! IK this is trivial but you can't just take it upon yourself, and make a decision for me how to apply my moneys without my acknowledgement!.Going forward please ask and be clear on the activity being presumed.”
