She worked with me and my husband patiently when we had to send over copies of pay stubs and insurance proof because we didn’t have hard copies on hand - she was simply the most patient person I could have hoped to work with. She celebrated with me and my six year old when everything was approved and made my daughter feel seen and part of the process. I was never made to feel rushed or judged when making big decisions, I felt comfortable at all times. Erica: THANK YOU again for all your help.
