“I had a good experience with Advanced. It took awhile to get my appointment set up. The class to use my CPAP equipment was very good. Instructor friendly and personable. I had a problem when I Iost my mask and hose during a move and they were great. Helped me replace it for minimal cost and didn't effect my compliance.”
“We needed a bed asap because the hospital wanted my mother in law out. Their "preferred provider" said they would be unable to get a bed to us for several days. Stuart and team jumped through hoops to get us one the next day. Very professional, communicative and friendly. When she passed 3 months later and we called for pick up they were out the next day. Highly recommend.”
“I almost didn't go to this place due to some of the reviews but I am so happy I did. I needed to rent a cpap due to mine not working. My situation was a bit urgent as I had not been getting much recuperative sleep or good breathing support. I went to their location and everyone from the customer service rep working at the cubicle to the therapy specialist, and managers helped me! The therapist that worked with me gave me an excellent and thorough orientation on how to use the cpap I rented. They answered all my questions and felt so relieved to get the help I needed. They have fair pricing for cpaps based on my research! They were professional and I felt the therapist had a true willingness to help me! I don't know what happened in the other cases but I can say that my experience was truly great!
UPDATE: This review was for a company called Soft Touch. Apparently this is a new/ very different company.”
