Publix Pharmacy at Highland Station is highly regarded for its efficient and friendly service, with staff being professional, helpful, and thorough. Customers appreciate the quick turnaround time for prescriptions and the staff’s willingness to go the extra mile, including informing them about medication costs and changes. The store itself is well-stocked with groceries and produce, making it a convenient shopping destination. Although the selection of local produce is limited, the store offers a variety of healthy options, despite some baked goods containing GMO ingredients. The deli staff, notably Ms. Annie, provides excellent service, quickly handling long lines and preparing tasty items like spinach wraps. Overall, customers find this Publix to be clean, well-stocked, and staffed with caring employees who prioritize customer needs, making it a popular choice for shopping and pharmacy services.

I had the most pleasant experience with Ashley today, she went above and beyond to make sure that the cost was covered for my medications! Her willingness to provide quality service and take the time to make calls was much appreciated!
