“He was absolutely wonderful and professional. Upfront price was the best, it was clear, very helpful and honest. He took the really bad tires and put on ones that were in really great shape! And he figured out how to put the spare back onto the suv. It is under the vehicle and there is a lugnut under the cover for extra storage and then there is a tiny picture of how to do it. The spare even has a cover for it that he taught me how to put it on. Took his time but was very efficient. He had the tires already set out because I called ahead. “WTH people? I went in two days ago for a new tire. A day later the new tire is FLAT and my TPMS light is on.. I’m definitely not happy or impressed.

Update: Turns out they changed the wrong tire. Not sure how that happened, but I went back and Corey helped me out and made it right so I do appreciate him for that!”

“I recently went here in search for tires on my Acura RL. I went to 3 other tire shops and none of she shops had the tires for my car. I went to this shop, they didn’t have the specific ones I wanted but Bubah(probably spelling that wrong) informed me they don’t make the tires I had on my vehicle anymore and recommended the next option. The tires were more expensive than I experienced at other tire shops but the quality they have is ridiculous. Definitely some of the best tires you can get for the price. It was more than I was planning on spending but Bubah helped me squeeze into budget and made the experience one I’m going to hold on too. Recommend talking to him. If you want quality tires and service definitely recommend. Bubah has made me a returning customer and I will be here for any of my tire needs and any other needs in the future(I noticed they do tint too I need it. Much appreciated for the service solid guy”

“This Pep Boys helped me in my time of great need (and short attention span) recently, and I wanted to make sure any potential customers knew about it. The Pep Boys website said that the tires I was looking at *could* be ready by 4 P.M. that day, and given that I had needed tires for a while and had a trip the next day, this was the deciding factor in my purchase. I bought the tires and was happy to see my appointment was at 4 P.M. I arrived around 3:50 P.M., and I was somewhat surprised to learn that the 4 P.M. appointment I was there for was for that time ON JUNE 5TH. That was on me. In my excitement, I hadn't noticed that the scheduling calendar on the website had reverted to June 5th on its own after I chose that day (May 30th,) and I was fully prepared to accept the stupid prize my inattentive games had won me. Instead, the blonde haired gentleman decided to offer a reprieve in the form of an impromptu appointment. He personally drove to another location to source the tires I had ordered, and for all their help, I will be forever grateful. With all that being said, I would again like to stress that this was a pretty desperate situation for me and that it was indeed a great need. I don't want people to get the impression that this man is gonna do this every time for every customer, but I do want to make sure that folks considering doing business here know that this Pep Boys will take care of you.”

This morning I drove all the way to work (12 miles) with no issues. When I went to go to lunch, I was surprised to find my tire flat. Upon further inspection there was a nail/screw in it! My heart sunk. I had just purchased 4 NEW tires for my truck. I called Brian in an almost panic. He said bring it in, he didn’t have the tire in stock, but, he would order it and can have it delivered within the hour. He was my lifesaver today! He had my tire repair/replaced in no time.

Service was so good that my fiancée also said he’d just start bringing his car here as it is super close to our jobs.
