“usually i don’t get good recommendations from employees because they either don’t smoke or don’t know flavors well, i got such amazing recommendations from bay and she was a HUGEEE help, she was helpful and kind but wasn’t afraid to really talk which made the experience more welcoming. its people like her that should work customer service, she was awesome”
“Came here to get a gift for a friend who smokes cigars. I have no experience with cigar smoking, and the owner of the shop was fantastic.
Knowledgeable and friendly, he took me right to some cigars in my price range, answered all my questions and took his time to help me pick something out.
Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in the hobby, or for anyone trying to get into the hobby. Feels like he would take the time to get you on the right track, and even the patrons were friendly and welcoming.
A couple of different areas to smoke if you want, and a huge variety of cigars to pick from!”
