“I meant to type this review over a month ago. It might actually be two months ago at this point, but I met a young woman there named Kesha Harmon, who absolutely made my day! her customer service was incredible! Her personality was amazing! She was even very transparent about my car refinance options and extremely knowledgeable. I’m not sure if she still works at this location, but if she does, she absolutely needs a raise. I came across this picture of her business card in my phone and it reminded me to leave this review.”
“Visiting from out of town and I could not make a cash deposit at any of the local atm’s. Finally decided to go into this branch to make a deposit, I made multiple mistakes on my deposit slip . Finally after about four failed attempts the teller helped me find the correct number. Even though I came into the bank looking like a circus clown in my multi colored pajama onesie, one white sock on and one leopard print sock on wearing a pair of bright pint fila slippers I wasn’t judged, I was treated extremely well and I appreciate these ladies from the bottom of my heart. You never know what people are going through in their personal lives and this act of kindness meant a lot”

I initially became a member to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee (which apparently Wells Fargo doesn't even provide their customers!). They were so nice, patient, and helpful that I was quickly won over. My experience here has always been very personal and professional. “I came into Delta Credit Union in Snellville to open an account and Brandon was so delightful. He was informative and patient. Getting good customer service is so hard these days in banks. He let me know that this is his first bank job. I hope this gets to him. And he continues to do his best in this field. He can go far if he keeps putting his best foot forward.On a not so nice note. It was a young lady at the counter that didn’t seem interested in the day. I believe her name was Jasmine. She walked by to get Brandon with house shoes on. Not very professional. She should smile more and greet better. But also wear better shoes.”
