“I came to this location to deposit a settlement check and was greeted as I walked through the door. The branch was empty at the time with just one gentleman sitting in the waiting area. I was able to walk right up to the teller Denise, who greeted me and was very helpful. She helped me complete the deposit slip and provided me with the turnaround time for processing a check over five thousand dollars. I was able to deposit the check and some of the funds available immediately. Denise provided me with a receipt of deposit that listed dates the funds would be available in increments. Thank you for all your help Denise. I will visit this branch more often due to the great customer service that was provided.”
