“I came into Delta Credit Union in Snellville to open an account and Brandon was so delightful. He was informative and patient. Getting good customer service is so hard these days in banks. He let me know that this is his first bank job. I hope this gets to him. And he continues to do his best in this field. He can go far if he keeps putting his best foot forward.On a not so nice note. It was a young lady at the counter that didn’t seem interested in the day. I believe her name was Jasmine. She walked by to get Brandon with house shoes on. Not very professional. She should smile more and greet better. But also wear better shoes.”
“EVERYTIME I walked into this establishment I'm immediately greeted spoken to professionally and pleasantly and helped right away Im in and out within 15 minutes even when they are busy this week I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Marshall he was super helpful even giving me advice for a smoother big purchase I came in to get a Cashier's check for. I always tell them how appreciate I am for this branch I have had a pleasant experience with PNC in multiple states and over the phone as well they balance being personal professional and Prompt so well excellent customer service in a day and age where many places don't seem to care value or provide that service anymore 10/10 recommend I have also witnessed the Millue be respectful and patient to elderly also and that means a lot to me”

He was warm, friendly, and most of all sincere.He was brimming with all the necessary information regarding safeguarding one’s personal details and advice on what to be wary of that all young people need to ground themselves in.Thanks for walking us through the process, Mr. Bunch! “I'm not much of an inside banker. I have handled most of my 4 or 5 in-person banking transactions in the last 5 years at this location. I can't say it's perfect but I haven't experienced what warrants a 2 star rating. I almost NEVER go to tellers or atm's for any bank. I never would if I wasnt forced to come in just to open an account. It can be frustrating that one always needs to make an appointment but the wait isn't terribly long. I've witnessed nothing but professionalism and courtesy when I go inside. Fasika was a great help for me on my most recent visit about 2 weeks ago. My previous visit was a few years ago and that consultant gave the same mannerism. If I was solely rating on my experience with Fasika and the other consultant, I'd say it's a 5. Overall, it was a 4, which is a huge difference from what appears to be other's experience. Sometimes people get upset when things don't go exactly their way and they just want to inflict damage. Plan ahead, be patient, adjust your expectations, visit this bank and you will be fine. These employees are humans trying to navigate their workday like everyone else.
