“I lived here for a year and I would have stayed longer if it weren't for my new job. The amenities are great and I've never had an issue with the leasing or maintenance team. Any time I've had an issue they've been quick to assist me in any way they can. The complex is generally pretty quiet but there were occasional incidents that were just mildly inconveniencing (rowdy kids, broken bottles, etc.) but I think that's true anywhere you live. If I ever move back to the area, I'll definitely keep them in mind!”

“I moved to The Georgian after staying in a place for 7yrs. Very professional, willing to work with you, and clean community. I see alot of negative reviews and personally they are just bitter because they had a bad experience. Don't take everyone's word see for yourself and you be the judge. But as for me I would highly recommend these apartments.”
