Chris was so sympathetic and helpful although he knew this was not likely to be a sales situation. He patiently and calmly addressed the frozen phone crisis while cautioning that he might not be able to solve the problem. After just a few attempts he was able to get the phone to finally accept and end calls, thank heavens! His demeanor and his skill saved my anniversary vacation.
