“I came to Mavis at 5:20pm on a Friday in a panic with my kids in the car because my tire wouldn’t hold air. The original clerk Kenny who was very kind and friendly quoted me a reasonable amount for air stem valve replacement and asked for a moment to speak with the Manager Jamie to see if he could get me a discount. He comes back to let me know they found a similar fix for just 10 dollars gets my car up on the mount to find it was just a loose screw and told me it was on the house because it was so simple. Jamie and Kenny were a blessing today. Jamie even joked around kids. The best service ever and not even because it was free.”

“i've had tires done here, which took all day and involved a drop off. i know they are always busy, there are cars always in the lot and that's probably great for business. but i have to go to other shops in town because i cannot wait that long or drop off at 7 am with the "hopes" it is done by close. they are losing a lot of business opportunities for sure”

“Went above and beyond, checked absolutely everything and filled it all. They even vacuumed my car. I went in for a front brake change and oil change. They went to do the brakes determined they were still good and only charged me for the oil change. Truly the best mechanic shop I have been too. Fast and Cheap with good quality work”

“Rick’s Glass worked on my 01 Mustang Bullitt to replace the windshield. I opted for a aftermarket windshield as a factory carlite would be much more expensive to get. The aftermarket was made by Fuyao and seems like comparable quality to OEM glass. The first windshield did stress crack in the corner but Ricks' Glass Co got it taken care of promptly and replaced it under warranty. It’s annoying but it can happen.
So far it’s been nearly a month with the replacement glass and I have had no issues. The staff was nothing but friendly and helpful and if I have the unfortunate scenario of needing a windshield replaced I will go to them. Especially over a hack job newbie at Satellite.”

“Came into Mr. Rawl's body shop with a 99 Lincoln Town Car with the left side passenger headlight assembly gone and a rolled up and dented fender after a small accident. When it was time to pick up my car I was absolutely stunned. You can't even tell there was damage to my car. Excellent service. Excellent pricing and an all around great atmosphere.
