“Rackroom almost lost me as a customer. I do not like to deal with the store manager nick. He is very rude & has an attitude when you need help or shoes from the tip top shelf! I came in this past Sunday just to give the store one last try & the young lady Candice was exceptional!!! I was looking at some crocs for my son in a size 4/6 on the adult wall & she suggested I look on the kids aisle since the size was so small I could be saving some money. She walked me over & I was able to find 2 pair of shoes for him instead of just one pair of crocs . She made sure I had the right size & that my son size was in my hands before she left me to continue my shopping . I then had a question about universal sizes because there was a new balance that was on the kids aisle that I had also seen on the women’s aisle. She gave me options on how I could get the shoes. One was by ordering it & shipping it to the store or home , the other was getting it from the women’s aisle in a size 6 which is what I did . Best customer service I have had in a long time & she is greatly appreciated. We will be returning because of her great customer service today, but something needs to be done with nick!”
