“Some how a package of mine had been marked with the wrong zip code. Instead of being sent to me, it was sent to the town over. Once I had realized the problem, I frantically tried to remedy the situation to no avail. It was very difficult to get ahold of any one and I really thought all was lost. My last chance was to call Bogart and see if they could help. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who actually listened and cared enough to look for my package. He found my package and I was able to pick it up. I am so thankful to have finally found someone who gave me the time of day. Thanks Bogart USPS!”
