“The price advertised for diesel fuel was incorrect based on the price listed on the pump. When I asked the attendant about the price discrepancy, she told me that price on pump is correct but that is bait and switch or at the very least considered false advertising.”

“10 out of 10, WOULD RECOMMEND! This morning my sister and I decided to stop by inglés for the first time. We always see this store, always ride pass, but because we didn't grow up shopping at this store, it never crossed out minds. We'd always end up shopping at other places. However, this mornings visit just changed out mind chile! I was pleasantly pleased. We're actually going back later to view the rest of the store because we had to leave abruptly. Anyway, they have a cute little corner cafe, a salad bar, chicken wings, chicken tenders with so many different flavors. They have a section that makes fresh peanut butter!!' Fresh baked muffins, donuts, cookies, so many goodies . I definitely grabbed three donuts to try. A lemon filled, a raspberry filled and a brown sugar ugly donut. That's literally what it's called lol. I'm honestly way too excited about this store.”

“Val is an amazing employee. I was looking for these particular snacks my daughter is addicted to and they were not on the aisle they were usually at or sold out. Val saw me in the aisle looking very hard and asked me if I needed help. After we looked together and I couldn’t locate the snack I told her don’t worry about it and kept shopping. I was on the other side of the store and Val took the time to find me and tell me she found the snacks. It really meant a lot she took the time to find me. I will forever remember Val and her kindness and her going the extra mile.”

“I've never had a bad experience at this location. The store is clean and the wait is typically not bad. Also if you are going to claim a staff is "stupid and lazy" perhaps you should give examples rather use veiled racism and the f-bomb. Just a thought. Also if you sign up for text alerts they will tell you exactly when your script is ready or if there is any problem.”
“This place is very expensive. The store is clean and stocked well, but they need to have lower prices. The store had only a few people in it. If this was the only grocery store available to folks, this would be sad. Thank God there are other stores to shop at. It seems like prices for items are twice as high as other food stores. This is not good.”
“At 5627 N. Henry Blvd. Store Manager CHATERRI. It was my first time at this CVS location. I had such a blessed experience even though the product I was looking for was out. There was only one person working and she greeted me with welcome to CVS! I told her I was looking for a particular makeup by Blk Opal, she stopped what she was doing and kindly, patiently, assisted me! She scanned 20plus tubes looking for my beautiful bronze and placed them back where they belonged. My color was out! She apologized for the inconvenience and let me know the Vender comes once a month and will let them know. I was so pleased with how she cared and I have never used the self checkout. She showed me how to do it using my ExtraCare $10 and ExtraCare Birthday rewards $3.00. I purchase some quality hair conditioner for $1.46, original price $14.49! What a blessing!

Kelly made sure to handle the duplicate pricing on the same product; applying the correct charge, Reminded me of all the promtions to take advantage of especially during this economy. The Pharmacy Andrea and LT were excellent. They took time to contact my insurance update information in the system. I had tried for over an hour on my own to correct problem and was not successful. All three individuals were friendly, provided service with a smile and patient. The store was really busy, but they did not sacrifice customer service. So grateful for this experience.”
