Their pharmacy hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1:30 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 1:30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 1:30 pm and 2 pm to 6 pm. Customers have reported great experiences with the staff, who have been described as professional, proactive, assertive, and overall helpful. One customer, Trina, went above and beyond to assist with a purchase and showed the customer how to use the app for discounts. Another customer, Jessie, the Shift Team Lead since 2020, helped find a product that wasn't on the shelf and displayed excellent customer service. My experience today at Walgreens was amazing. Great customers service the employee that help me was very pleasant .
