“This location was extremely professional and friendly, especially Pedro (branch manager), Priya and Marquis. I have been dealing with a unique situation on an account for over a year. Today, everything was finalized. Thank you so much for the communication and assistance with supporting the resolution to my problem.”

“I had an exceptional experience, at this branch, today. They were able to accommodate me, even while dealing with an exceptional circumstance of their own. This branch is often given a bad rap, but they shined, today!”

“This location deserves much credit and praise for remaining poise and professional during these times. I was greeted as soon as I walked. I had a small inquiry that could not be completed over the phone or online, and Pierre advised there might be a lengthy wait since it is appointment only. I opted to wait. After a moment I was greeted by Taylor; I explained my reason for coming in. After she checked in with those who came after me, she invited into her office to have everything figured out. Taylor was very warm, amiable, personable, calm, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. My time with her was nothing short of amazing! Please give Pierre and Taylor a bonus and lunch for a week--they have more than earned just that. Thanks so much!”

“I’ve been coming to this branch for the past six months, and I can honestly say that the staff has improved a lot! My favorite person at the bank is Dre, the teller on the drive-through. His smile can instantly brighten up anyone’s day. The first time I met him, he completed my transaction and set up my virtual bank card in just five minutes. He’s always so handsome and just a joy to work with! Even if the wait at the drive-through is long, I don’t mind because Dre is always on the move, making sure to do his job efficiently. I just want to give a big shoutout to this location and its amazing staff! But most importantly Dre keep working we see your hard work ??????”

933 North Hairston Road Ste 1, Stone Mountain GA 30083
“I don’t know why this branch has such bad reviews, I drop off deposits at this branch for my job several times a week and the staff here has always been warm, friendly and efficient! I think a lot of these negative reviews are from people blaming others for their own problems. The staff here is excellent!”

“I'm surprised Stephanie's name is not mentioned in reviews. She always goes above and beyond to help us. We have been going to this branch for years, and she helps us resolve issues with our account with kindness and understanding. Her energy and kindness really makes us go to this branch. We feel safe there. Thanks again, Stephanie!”
