The branch manager, Tiby Kunjunju, greeted us in the lobby and, after we explained our issue, he immediately identified the problem and resolved it. He was friendly, caring, and professional while he worked with us to resolve the problem. It is rare to find this level of service in retail banking. Congratulations on having such a great employee and staff.”

I initially became a member to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee (which apparently Wells Fargo doesn't even provide their customers!). They were so nice, patient, and helpful that I was quickly won over. My experience here has always been very personal and professional. I fully stand by the fact that this branch hires quality people. Recently I had a frustrating situation to deal with which was made easier thanks to Marcelle and Nikia.
