The branch manager, Tiby Kunjunju, greeted us in the lobby and, after we explained our issue, he immediately identified the problem and resolved it. He was friendly, caring, and professional while he worked with us to resolve the problem. It is rare to find this level of service in retail banking. Congratulations on having such a great employee and staff.”

“I have been using this branch since they were a SunTrust in the Publix behind them. Over the years I have been blessed to meet and befriend many of their wonderful employees. I fully stand by the fact that this branch hires quality people. Recently I had a frustrating situation to deal with which was made easier thanks to Marcelle and Nikia. Let me give them their flowers! Marcelle spent almost an hour with me one late afternoon doing everything she could to assist. Nikia and I have spoken/met on more than one occasion since 2023. She is a phenomenal manager and both ladies are a blessing. Please do not hesitate to see them for any banking questions.”
