“Great customer service and prices. Have come here a few times over the past 6 months for some speciality coin batteries and things like that. Also just purchased a new car battery here online. It was ready in two hours. I came just before close so I opted to instal it myself. I brought the old battery in to be recycled and they gave me the core refund and came out to my car to spray the terminals with some protective grease.”

“If you enter the store with a great attitude, your experience tends to follow your lead. I went in to try to find history on a product I bought back in 2016 which had a lifetime warranty. The auto shop I had the work done went out of business and the sales rep was unable to find the product purchase in their history. However it did not stop him from doing a diligent search. I was very impressed with the young man who had a Jamaican accent. I wish I had gotten his name. He was very polite and friendly. Made me not feel too bad about not finding the history. Finally I see people with knowledge exceeding what I expect , they don't worry too much about just selling as much as they worry about helping. I was supposed to be able to pickup the item in one hour. After 2 hours had passed I called the store and spoke the Ms Linda a very nice and helpful sale clerk. “I am not a car person but I can handle the basics. Each time I have needed parts (wipers, filters, batteries, fuses, etc.) I want to go to O'Reily's because I get consistantly good service. Today was no exception. I ordered a battery for my Subaru Outback because it was not in stock at the local store and I got a good discount by ordering on line. When it arrived, the box was torn and the battery had been damaged in transit. The positive terminal was bent. I took it to the store and Adrian at the counter checked it out and ordered one for the next day. He told me to come back when he was on duty. I arrived and Adrian took care of the exchange of batteries, took out my old battery (which not holding a charge well), installed the new battery and refunded the core price deposit. He was very polite and helpful. That is the way I have had service with all the personnel at my O'Reilys store. I decided to buy a set of wipers. Adrian helped select them and installed them. I know I can figure how to install these things, but it is nice to have that little service. People like Adrian keep me coming back to O'Reilys on Lawrenceville Hwy.”
