“Great experience at this location today. Jeffrey provided exceptional service when testing my battery and installing a new one. The store line was getting a little backed up after my purchase and he politely asked me to allow him to get the line down and he would then come out and install my battery. What I appreciated most is he informed me and didn’t just start ringing up customers as if I didn’t exist. That gets a 10 out of 10 for me.”

“Super courteous, fast and professional. Checked my battery/alternator/starter all together after another place tried to upsell me saying my battery was going bad. Told me everything was great and it wasn't necessary. They even took my old used oil to dispose of properly. Had to go in and buy from them after the good customer service and not trying to hassle me for extra money like elsewhere. I've bought my batteries for my car from O'Reillys and they never fail so I'm happy to hear it's going strong even after a few years of usage. Thanks!”

“Looking for Lower Radiator hose for 2003 Acura TL, base model. Hard to find, even on Amazon. (Ordered, but got repeatedly delayed for over a week.). Checked AutoZone and Advance Auto, but they only carry comparable Upper radiator hose for this. They kept pointing me to HEATER hoses, too. Not only did this local O'Reilly's carry this specific hose, they had it IN Stock! It was ready for pick-up in less than an hour. So I picked it up this morning and replaced my neighbor's Radiator, hoses, and cap this afternoon. It's a Gates part, but it's OEM perfect.”

“S-O to Kim, Moawia and Lawrence Assisted my daughter and I today. We were greeted as soon as we stepped in. That was a very small line, but not much of a way at all. Moawia I just finished a customer as Kim was finishing up with hers. She was all smile, so I decided to step to her. She was able to assist me and in no time she was escorting me outside So that she can see what the problem was. We figured it out and Moawia Was able to come in and assist you would not let me touch anything or carry anything whatsoever. Where he needed help, Lawrence was able to pick up and explain what I needed to know and what to do next.
