“A poem to the Ross Dress for Less cashier who said hello to me for the first time at any Ross ever:
The cashier spoke a kind “hello,”
In gentle tone, both soft and slow.
Yet scarred by times of words unkind,
I bowed my head and stayed resigned.
My voice did shake, it would not flow,
For ne’er had Ross folk greeted so.
Thus silence won, my chance did fall—
I nodded once, and said no call.
I enjoyed this Ross. It was very clean. The parking lot was vacant and I thought it was closed. The cashier said hello and I didn't know what to do with myself. And I didn't have to jump over floor merchandise like a show pony being ridden by a blonde woman.

“Checkout staff was friendly and helpful and they gave Service with a genuine smile. The store and parking lot was clean and orderly. I shopped on a Monday and stickers were replunusing shelves but it wasn't messy or inconvenient and I score some bargains being there early in the week.”
“Haven't been to this particular Ross in over a year but I heard there was new management I must admit I'm loving the new changing the new store manager has made I even talked to her during checkout and she is such a sweet young lady. I'll return just based off her spirit..that goes a long way. Keep up the good work young lady”

“This dollar is one of the bigger stores that carries frozen goods like ice cream, frozen vegetables and slice cheese. It has a snack zone which it an aisle with nothing but potato chips, crackes, candy ,snack cakes and soda. The store well organized and carries a great variety of goods such as toilet paper, home goods, birthday supplies, games, bookes, house goods, personal goods etc. I highly recommend this location for the size of the parking lot and amount of goods they carry.”
