“A poem to the Ross Dress for Less cashier who said hello to me for the first time at any Ross ever: The cashier spoke a kind “hello,” In gentle tone, both soft and slow. Yet scarred by times of words unkind, I bowed my head and stayed resigned. My voice did shake, it would not flow, For ne’er had Ross folk greeted so. Thus silence won, my chance did fall— I nodded once, and said no call. I enjoyed this Ross. It was very clean. The parking lot was vacant and I thought it was closed. The cashier said hello and I didn't know what to do with myself. And I didn't have to jump over floor merchandise like a show pony being ridden by a blonde woman. Found some nice items! I will be returning”

Ulta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands.
