“A poem to the Ross Dress for Less cashier who said hello to me for the first time at any Ross ever:
The cashier spoke a kind “hello,”
In gentle tone, both soft and slow.
Yet scarred by times of words unkind,
I bowed my head and stayed resigned.
My voice did shake, it would not flow,
For ne’er had Ross folk greeted so.
Thus silence won, my chance did fall—
I nodded once, and said no call.
I enjoyed this Ross. It was very clean. The parking lot was vacant and I thought it was closed. The cashier said hello and I didn't know what to do with myself. And I didn't have to jump over floor merchandise like a show pony being ridden by a blonde woman.

“Checkout staff was friendly and helpful and they gave Service with a genuine smile. The store and parking lot was clean and orderly. I shopped on a Monday and stickers were replunusing shelves but it wasn't messy or inconvenient and I score some bargains being there early in the week.”
“Haven't been to this particular Ross in over a year but I heard there was new management I must admit I'm loving the new changing the new store manager has made I even talked to her during checkout and she is such a sweet young lady.
