tried to make a return on something i bought an hour earlier. the lady at customer service proceeds to rip up the box trying to say it's already opened then say i didn't get it from this walmart. the receipt literally has the time of purchase , address, & store number on it . DONT COME TO THIS GHETTO WALMART

Sometimes I've had to ask an employee about a product. Only twice did the person not respond "I don't know. That's not my department". Today there were more than two registers open and that's mind blowing. I can usually find everything I need here.

This Walmart has one of the worst customer service. In two different occasions I've had to wait over 40 minutes for simple transactions. 1- order pick up (called and paid in advance, still had to waste my time)2- gettin a propane tank (this literally took over 1 hour)
