He was insanely knowledgeable, and one of the most patient people I've ever met. He didn't try to rush us or push products on us. He spent a significant amount of time answering our questions, and kept us laughing for the entire two hours I was in the store trying every mattress. This location has a great selection, so I could get a good sense of what was out there. Erik really did take such great care of us from the moment we walked into the store.
