“Do yourself a favor and go here before checking out the bigger stores for any of your needs. Also, get your holiday shopping done with some very cute and quality home goods. When they ask if you need help, genuinely take them up on it. Locals know this place is legitimately kind and friendly. The staff is so helpful. I feel safe and welcomed here, it was a place I grew up stopping in to and I still love this establishment. I recently went to a Lowe's with an angle grinder and asked someone where the disks were for it- the employee asked me what tool I was holding. At this Ace, I am greeted by knowledgeable people or immediately directed to someone who is, they help when I need it with a smile. Truly a pleasure to shop at.”

From being greeted in the parking lot, to five people being available to help, to being checked out with the biggest smile. “I could give 5 stars but I had a bad experience the first time where the guy behind the counter didn't help at all or didn't want to help I went back in two days later and it was another person it was a Saturday there was a young fella he was very helpful he helped us really fast where the previous guy he was showing off”

“The Howell Mill store in Atlanta was staffed by one very kind and professional young man last Sunday October 22nd. He took the time to figure out what color I was talking about by researching all my past samples and then mixed it. I went in the store less than 2 minutes before closing and this is what makes my experience there so memorable. I was never rushed or felt like I was keeping him from closing on time.”

“We gave the store five stars and we would definitely give more if possible. We have had a really rough time with a contractor that has painted our home and used all the wrong paint and colors refuses to do anything to make it right! We have drove all the way from Henry County to Lithonia and the sales rep KT has went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue that we have unfortunately been faced with. We definitely will make that drive again even though we have a local Sherwin-Williams. All of the staff were so friendly and willing to help. 😊”
