“Tay was so helpful! I really went through it this year. I was in hurricane Helene last year in NC, I lost everything except for what I had in my car; last week my car died. I've been trying to figure out how to put the stuff somewhere so it doesn't get ruined or lost, on a razor thin budget.
I've had a really hard and expensive time moving this stuff around. It took me a long time to get settled at public storage, I was about to get charged for another month for an empty unit that I was never even able to move int! Tay caught this issue I brought it to my attention without me even asking, on a phone call no less (could've easily been a notification that I never saw)
Thats the kind of customer service, that you can't train somebody for (AI cant do it...yet) People who care about people and try to make things a little bit easier for them, try to make the world a little bit better, we need more people like you Tay. Thank you. @nameinlites_”

“Clean, modern, and air-conditioned facility with attentive (and pleasant!) staff.
I immediately received a friendly greeting when I arrived at the Extra Space office on Dekalb Industrial. After asking a couple of questions and explaining my storage needs, Velonique recommended a unit that was a perfect fit. Not only that, she showed me how to use the cylinder lock and allowed me to try it under her guidance – I found super helpful since I hadn’t ever used a cylinder lock.
I’ve since visited my unit multiple times, and called in with various questions, and have had consistently pleasant and helpful experiences.
Overall: great facility – lovely staff – highly recommend!”

“Mrs. Catherine was absolutely the best!
I arrived with two online reservations for different-sized units because I wasn't completely sure how much space I would need. Since cost was an important factor, I wanted to make sure I chose the right unit without paying for more space than necessary.
Mrs. Catherine immediately offered a third option that was more cost-effective and took the time to show me 3D visualizations of all the units in the office. Even after viewing the images and thinking I had made my decision, she went the extra mile by offering to personally showing me all three units in person so I could make the most informed choice and ensure my storage needs were fully met.
What impressed me most was her kindness and attitude. I was having an extremely stressful, upsetting, and difficult day, but her upbeat personality, positive energy, and genuine willingness to help completely turned my day around.
As a retail manager myself, I can confidently say that Mrs. Catherine is one of those “old-school” employees who is critically needed to any business. Her dedication to customer service, attention to detail, and sincere care for her customers are rare qualities that make a lasting impression. She is truly an asset to this Public Storage location and to the company!”

I had my storage for about a yr. and my rate from the introductory rate of $21 to $42 after 3-4mos of having the storage. Then it increased to $84.
