He was very attentive and quickly gave me a price going through all my options and even making me aware of extra services I can add on with a full tire change. “Great experience! The folks here are understanding, transparent on pricing and very efficient. I came in to get my tire replaced at 9AM and was told it would be done by 2:30PM… It was done at 11AM. The technicians are very knowledgeable and no one pushed for extras on the car! They even offer a shuttle service if you live less than a couple miles! Will be coming here again.”

“This is probably the best auto service I have ever received. The staff was very professional and quick with their diagnosis for my car. I needed a new engine fan and the manage was able to order the part that day and had the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. They even did an oil change. The best part, the fees were not inflated, especially considering it’s in the middle of midtown. For women, the staff also did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Very good shop, I will definitely use their services again.”

Ray was not only able to bring me a replacement tire but was at my location within 30 minutes. Nicest guy. He was able to completely replace the tire and had me back on the road in just a few minutes. He is absolutely great!”

“What an excellent customer service experience I received on February 13th 2025. I desperately needed help with my flat tire on my Jeep Wagoneer.
I stopped by Mavis Tires and Brakes @ 4373 New Snapfinger Woods Drive to fix my flat tire. I met Carmel, Ace and Tyrone at the shop. It was almost getting to the end of the business day but they were ready to help. Carmel quickly got all my information into the computer. Tyrone quickly drove my Jeep Wagoneer into the shop to inspect all the tires and the flat tire.
Tyrone explained the flat tire issue to Carmel and Ace for the best plan of action. The flat tire was worn out and the best option will be to buy a new tire or install the spare tire on my Jeep Wagoneer.
I asked Tyrone to install the spare tire on the Wagoneer and I will take my vehicle to Discount Tires the next day since I have been using their services and warranties on my vehicles for so many years and a loyal customer.
Without no hesitation, Tyrone professionally installed the spare tire. Carmel and Ace provided the paper work for the service. To my surprise and amazement when I looked at the paper work it was $0.00 dollars and fees. They provided an excellent service without charging me any fees. I was completely blown aware by their collaborative and effective customer service experience I received from this three employees.
