I can’t recommend this shop enough! I took my daughter’s car in because the door frame molding had come off. I spoke with Rick, who was incredibly professional from the first phone call and got me an appointment right away.
When I arrived, he fixed the molding on the spot and didn't even charge me for it. It is so rare to find a business with this level of honesty and helpfulness. “I had a torque converter issue with my 2019 Kia Sorento, so I took it to RC Transmission. It had 135,000 miles on it.
The transmission overhaul wasn't cheap, but after a week of repairs, the transmission shifted smoothly and got better fuel economy.
I'm grateful to John and his team.

“I recently dealt with the pleasantdale office. I had an issue where a part was missing from my vehicle which would be easily considered to be scrap and was picked up and turned into the scrap yard. Javier was very understanding and went out of his way to send someone to locate the item. IT WAS found and he ensured it was brought to me when my vehicle was delivered. I did not believe this much effort would be placed in locating the item but i was proven wrong. Great team working there, sweet receptionist was very patient with me as I was recovering from an accident. Tow driver dropping off was very accommodating and had a great attitude as well. I would like to give a shoutout to Javier and his team for the great customer service.”
