“Bonnie, Lindsay, and Lauren do a great job of keeping us all updated on everything going on at Siena. If we have a maintenance issue, Billy, Francisco, and Omar are on it basically immediately, sometimes before I even get an email confirming my request. Anyone worried about apartments has nothing to worry about at Siena. Elevators make it great for older residents or those with young kids or dogs! Very convenient to Town Center, and easy to get to 85. If you’re checking around, compare price per sq ft! You’ll find Siena to be less expensive than some of the newer buildings popping up.”

“The leasing office at Echo Ridge at Suwanee has been nothing short of amazing throughout our entire move-in process. Simone, in particular, was incredibly helpful and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. The entire team went above and beyond to answer our questions, keep us updated, and ensure everything went smoothly. Their professionalism and friendly attitudes turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into an easy one. We truly appreciate all their help and highly recommend the team here!”

“Christa Donnell, Leasing Consultant of the Apartments was amazing with helping us complete the lease agreement application and finding us the right apartment. Establishing a new residence after moving in from out of state would not have been easy without Christa’s assistance. She was willing and able to help us with fascinating required information by the new schools for our kids. There wasn’t anything that Christa wasn’t eager to help us. She is a great helper of the apartment residents.”

“Beautiful apartment complex, great location, wonderful maintenance. I’ve read some of the bad reviews and wonder if they’re living at the same place. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and it’s been nothing less than a really positive experience. The complex is well maintained, the office staff is very friendly and responsive (Angela and Indie), and Robert with maintenance is always around and helpful. The landscaping is maintained well and the pool is sparkling clean year round. The few very minor issues I’ve run into since moving in have been resolved very quickly. It’s peaceful and quiet, my apartment is well insulated from noise, and I’m right across from the pool. The Fresh Market is just outside the gate and there are a few restaurants, hair and nail salons, and shops within walking distance. The things mentioned in some of the negative reviews…yes, the entrance gate sometimes has issues, but so does the gate at just about every complex. Yes, I’ve seen the occasional roach or palmetto bug in my bathroom but this is Georgia! I’ve never lived anywhere and not seen them occasionally, they come in through the pipes. Yes we had issues with the trash valet not picking up trash but that lasted less than a few weeks before management took care of the issue and haven’t had issues since. My 2 br apartment (the Sydney) is perfectly laid out for working from home with a semi-separate area of the living room to use as my office (included a photo because it wasn’t easy to tell from the floorplan what that space was like). I’m on the first floor and was able to add curtains to my patio to add a bit of privacy to my own outdoor space. Having an outdoor storage closet is a game-changer, didn’t realize how important it was until I moved from a house to an apartment!Friends who come to my apartment always comment on how nice the complex and my apartment are. There are people who complain about everything and can never be made happy, so take some of the negative comments with that in mind. I’ve never once questioned living here!”

“Overall, I do not regret my 1 year I lived here. If you like an amazing gym, plenty of sidewalks for walking, and management who pretty much leaves you alone unless needed, this could be a good fit for you. Now, it is not without faults. They will charge you for a parcel system that you’re lucky if it works 50% of the time. Good luck getting a hold of management, they will never answer your calls. However, I found stopping in the office was a quick fix to this. I never had issues getting maintenance to come fix any minor repairs, pest control, etc. And as an extra bonus, they never really came into my apartment unless it was necessary, and they always gave several days notice if they did. This was huge for me as a younger woman who lived alone. Also, this is the first apartment I have moved out of that did not try to charge me ridiculous fees, and for that I rank them 4 stars because that is rare these days. Overall, there are some outdated aspects and communication/people skills issues, but it’s a great apartment, nice community, and the gym alone is so nice I didn’t even need a gym membership while I lived there. I will say they raised the prices, which is ultimately what made me leave, but it’s similar to surrounding apartments so I’m not surprised.”
