“Bonnie, Lindsay, and Lauren do a great job of keeping us all updated on everything going on at Siena. If we have a maintenance issue, Billy, Francisco, and Omar are on it basically immediately, sometimes before I even get an email confirming my request. Anyone worried about apartments has nothing to worry about at Siena. Elevators make it great for older residents or those with young kids or dogs! Very convenient to Town Center, and easy to get to 85. If you’re checking around, compare price per sq ft! You’ll find Siena to be less expensive than some of the newer buildings popping up.”

“I’ve lived here for 2 years and I am planning on a third. It’s in a good central location between Lawrenceville and Duluth. Easy access to the highway. The pool and gym are consistently upkept. The management office is very transparent when something isn’t working or is broken - like the storms causing some amenities to not work. I wish there were more amenities like a car wash and or tennis court. The units are nice but missing a few things to be “luxury” in my opinion (no Nest AC controls, shower is dated, no electronic unit entry). Maintenance isn’t bad but a few of them aren’t very nice.
My biggest complaint with this place is actually the residents. Dog owners who have no respect for other people leave their dog’s feces ?around ;(. They let their dogs sit on balconies and bark at people at the pool. A larger problem is that people here constantly park in handicap spots and their accessory spots ?”

“This community is truly amazing! It’s quiet, comfortable and still close to downtown Duluth! Maintenance is 10/10. They are friendly, responsive and always fix whatever is going on in my home. In general, compared to other communities I’ve lived at this place is the best! The property is always clean. Kayleigh in the office has been super helpful to me whenever I need something, she gets it done with a smile right away. The customer service is exemplary. They also throw fun events like bouquet making. I would recommend this community to anyone! If I could give more stars I most certainly would! I hope to continue to live here for many years to come!”

“Great location near downtown Duluth but can be noisy at times since on two busy streets. Staff is great, especially Marcie who is always helpful, responsive and friendly while being professional. Other staff are great too including Katrin, Emily and Mark. Maintenance staff has always been responsive and fixed any problem.”
“Sine the new maintenance crew has come in to the complex things are getting done slowly but surely because the last crew failed tremendously thanks to Anai having Iaonis and the other maintenance guys we're staring to get results that have been a long time needed.”
