“I love Lowe's, but I have been looking elsewhere since they started limiting the veteran discounts in the past few years. I'm writing today because of a terrible experience. I created a curbside pickup order the day before for a single can of spray paint. By noon the next day, they couldn't be bothered to pick the item to have it ready for me. I wanted curbside because I didn't want to hassle taking my toddler into the store. The item was available on the shelf. I wanted to talk to a manager, but no one could find one and customer service was too busy. Again, great store, just a bad single experience.”

He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. It wasn't where it said it'll be, she didn't give up and looked all over until she found that it was up high! Went to grab a ladder and did her thangggg! Thank you so much for your help Ms.Sparky!”

“They were recommended to me by a friend who builds metal buildings. I went there to buy a well-made metal door with a good locking mechanism for my shop. My 25-year old shop door was falling apart. They have a large, clean well-organized warehouse with a wide variety of metal doors, frames, and hardware. The guy I met with is named Jim. He helped us select the right door for my shop with all the right hardware. I've been shopping for a few months around and their price was MUCH BETTER than I could find on the internet. The quality appears to be very good too. If you're buying one commercial door or a few truckloads, I highly recommend these people.”
