“Absolutely awesome experience! My battery died and I had to get a new one. Kevin was AMAZING!! It was cold that night and without a jacket, he installed the battery AND helped me with my driver's side rear turn signal light. He didn't try to brush me off, his compassion and understanding for my situation was so unexpected and GREATLY Appreciated!! If you need help and he's not at this store, he told me his normal store is the one in Buford & I plan to go there... After this, I don't want anyone else to help me. He deserved a raise and more ??????”
“There's an auto zone less than 5mins from my house; however, customer service is EVERYTHING. Ive been teaching customer service for over 15yrs. I'd rather drive +15mins to any O'Reilly's just because of how they treat me whenever I need help. The gentleman at this location (Blake), went above and beyond for my inquiries. He deserves a raise!!”

“Dropped into O'Reilly's for a battery for an ATV. Wasn't exactly sure what the model number of the battery was. So the gentleman behind the counter was helpful with looking up the year and model of the ATV was able to find the battery in store purchase it and installed in the four wheeler same afternoon. So if it didn't work bring it back and they would replace it. Decent price great service we will see you again O'Reilly's”
“I was very pleased to learn Batteries Plus replaces key fobs. Honda wanted @ $300 for one and I was able to get two at Batteries Plus for @$129 and so far they work fine!”

“Great customer service here! I needed 6 golf cart batteries, but they didn't have them in stock for me to pick up. The manager took the initiative to make sure I got them as quickly as possible (a few days) by going to another location and returning with them. He brought them to my car and unloaded the old one and loaded the new ones for me. Great job and thank you!”

“I called 2 times with questions, and the employee(s) who answered the phone were polite and helpful. When I went into the store, everyone was friendly. Ian helped me recycle some batteries and lightbulbs, and he patiently answered my many questions. He was very knowledgeable. The price to recycle light bulbs was also very reasonable. Thank you Ian, and thank you Batteries Plus. I would come to this store again in a heartbeat with any of my recycling, battery, or phone repair needs.”
