However, I spoke with Armando the second time I stopped in and that made all the difference.Repair was made while I waited (charging port replacement) and was only about 90 minutes. “So we ordered an airbag module reset, a pretensioner repair and a color change to crimson to our perfectly fine seatbelts. We ordered crimson, we received a confirmation for crimson and most importantly we paid for crimson. Everything came back fine except the seatbelts which they replaced…. with black. Ugh. The worst part is the communication. Spent 20 minutes on hold for a customer service rep only to be told someone would email us back.…..I’m revising my review. Prompt action on the mistake. “Battery Plus programmed a new key fob for my Infiniti Q50 2014. I had lost one of my original key fobs and only a dealership or a locksmith could program a new one. However, Battery Plus was also able to do it with ease and at a reasonable price. I paid only $70 plus tax for the programming service. The only requirement was that I had to bring a genuine blank (virgin) key fob, which I bought online from eBay. I was very satisfied with the speed of their work.”

The sound played but picture would not show due to lightning; they advised it was the motherboard. The part was on back order, which was not conveyed to me in a timely manner. However, once the part came in, it was replaced and my tv works fine. They were very courteous. I would definitely use them again.”

“Had a LG fridge go out after 5 years. Just started not cooling or freezing. Called several recommended service companies after reaching out to LG. Tanstel answered right away and scheduled a service appointment the next day. The service technician (John) arrived on time and after looking at unit said he could fix it "now". The compressor had burned out, but was still under a 10 year warranty so the part didn't cost a thing. I was in shock that he had enough knowledge to anticipate the problem and arrive with the parts in his van. He was very professional and polite. Very knowledgable. Had the fridge up and running like new in a few hours with uploaded firmware and tested it out. It has been working beautifully for over a week. Super happy with Tanstel's service and John's work.
