“My phone was glitching and had some virus from an app that was downloaded in error. I went to my phone carrier store and they told me they couldn't hep me and recommended UBreakiFix. I arrived less than 15 minutes before closing and Dale helped me like it was 10 am in the morning. Dale was courteous, kind and caring. He checked my phone and uninstalled the app that was causing my phone to glitch. Dale also added that he wasn't going to charge me for his help. I then bought a phone case and a screen protector based on Dale's recommendation. He was knowledgeable and patient. By now it was after closing time. Jayden (another employee) installed the screen protector and let me know that if I had any issues with the protector to come back to the store. I'm glad I went to uBreakiFix. These guys are awesome!!”

“Had a LG fridge go out after 5 years. Just started not cooling or freezing. Called several recommended service companies after reaching out to LG. Tanstel answered right away and scheduled a service appointment the next day. The service technician (John) arrived on time and after looking at unit said he could fix it "now". The compressor had burned out, but was still under a 10 year warranty so the part didn't cost a thing. I was in shock that he had enough knowledge to anticipate the problem and arrive with the parts in his van. He was very professional and polite. Very knowledgable. Had the fridge up and running like new in a few hours with uploaded firmware and tested it out. It has been working beautifully for over a week. Super happy with Tanstel's service and John's work. “Dropped off my daughter's Yamaha Clavinova to be repaired. I drove 2.5 hours one way from Columbus. He assured me that he will get it on the bench and find out why the display was sometimes going out. Now it took him about a month to get it fixed and it works great. The only couple of issues I had was the communication and the website. I had to call a couple of times. There was one time the phone was disconnected and the website was down. The website is still down. I am pleased he was able to fix the problem with the piano. This piano used to be my dad's. I wish I could find someone closer.”

“Great experience, My wife has an older Apple Watch Series 3 and the screen had come loose. We stopped in to see if there was anything that could be done, and they took time to glue it back together and get it working again. They did not charge us for the fix.
Really appreciated the help. They could have easily charged me or told me to replace it, but instead they helped us out at no cost. Great customer service, and I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future phone or PC repairs. Thanks much”
