“I recently stopped by here to get some stuff for my car. The employees were all knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy to purchase more than what I need. Their location is always super convenient, which makes them a consistent option.”

“Took my daughter's RAV4 in because of battery issues. No upselling. Saw that the old battery was an Interstate brand which still had warranty over it. They replaced it, explained it and put in the work. Great job Jeo and Sal! Thank you for outstanding service.”

“Was in line today and there was 1 employee there line of 3 people. While the 1st guy was looking for his receipt he took the guy on front of me to another register and then took me to the 3 register. Faster than Jimmy John’s. As he finished both of us the guy was still looking for his receipt for his return. Great employee you have working today. Give him a raise. 5*****”

“Super knowledgeable and helpful good Ole boys ready to go the extra mile help solve your auto problems... They've crawled under my dash, checked my battery or cooling system...done anything and everything they can possibly do to help me resolve any auto challenge. Good prices. Good service...but watch out for those impulse items at the counter...can't tell you how many I've spontaneously purchased standing in line...but they've all been good too!”

“Thank you SO MUCH Scott. I appreciate your help very much. I needed that battery and the care you took to install it was supreme in my book. I would say that was above and beyond customer service that was provided to me by Scott. This is the place I will go to for all my auto parts needs. Excellent 5/5 stars!!”

“Great service! Everyone they're was friendly and helpful. Lots of options too, to help with all your auto needs. My only gripe is the parking lot isn't great. The left hand turn can be challenging and the lot is small. Other than that, I definitely recommend stopping by if you need a tool to help you fix your car!”

“Customer Service Review – Interstate Battery (Suwanee, GA) Date of Service: November 7, 2024 Time: Approximately 2:01 PM EST Employee: Lindsey Morehead (he/him) I want to recognize Lindsey Morehead for consistently excellent customer service during multiple visits. I have had previous battery challenges, and each time Lindsey engaged with the same positive, patient, and professional attitude. His clear explanations and service make him highly valued by customers. Even though I drive from Stone Mountain to Suwanee, Lindsey's experience makes the trip well worth it every time. Employees like Lindsey represent Interstate Battery with outstanding professionalism. Thank you, Lindsey, for your exceptional service and consistency, which truly exemplify standards of value. “Super courteous, fast and professional. Checked my battery/alternator/starter all together after another place tried to upsell me saying my battery was going bad. Told me everything was great and it wasn't necessary. They even took my old used oil to dispose of properly. Had to go in and buy from them after the good customer service and not trying to hassle me for extra money like elsewhere. I've bought my batteries for my car from O'Reillys and they never fail so I'm happy to hear it's going strong even after a few years of usage. Thanks!”

“Looking for Lower Radiator hose for 2003 Acura TL, base model. Hard to find, even on Amazon. (Ordered, but got repeatedly delayed for over a week.). Checked AutoZone and Advance Auto, but they only carry comparable Upper radiator hose for this. They kept pointing me to HEATER hoses, too. Not only did this local O'Reilly's carry this specific hose, they had it IN Stock! It was ready for pick-up in less than an hour. So I picked it up this morning and replaced my neighbor's Radiator, hoses, and cap this afternoon. It's a Gates part, but it's OEM perfect.”
