“Brian went above and beyond to help my mom with the right mattress and and setup. My mom is recently widowed and has mobility issues that has made it difficult for her to get in her bed. She needed a lower mattress to replace her side of an adjustable set while avoiding the cost of getting a completely new king bed. The situation was a bit complicated and Brian was incredibly kind and patient with us to make sure that she got a comfortable new bed that fit with her current arrangement. We started researching sleep number beds, filled out a form and I got the nicest knowledgeable lady Terri Lee to call, which at first was going to let her go as I was at work, but she had so much knowledge and information and I couldn’t help but listen. It was also very genuine as she has one herself! I told her we would try and come see her over the holiday weekend. I went there first as I said I would, thinking I couldn’t afford one we liked and we ended up leaving with a bed delivery on the books! It’s really amazing and I love the adjustability. We are technical so we did door delivery and it was fun to figure assembly out. Our lives are so much better because of good sleep. Go there, talk to Terri Lee, you won’t regret it! She is super sweet and fun to add to that! Thank you Terri!”
“From start to finish, this process could not have been better or easier. George was amazing helping me figure out what I needed for a large room in our new home. Not only did he do that, he gave us a great price AND was willing to deliver it 250 miles away for a VERY reasonable price. His team stayed in touch with me while it was on order, and then they worked with me to schedule a delivery time that worked for us all. Amazing customer service at fabulous prices, and I look forward to purchasing more quality furniture from Dream Home Interiors again in the near future!”
“Charles that works at this location in the warehouse section was absolutely wonderful and had great customer service. The managers on the other hand were horrible; they were supposed to call me earlier and I gave them 48 hours and they never called. When I entered the establishment none of them spoke even though me and another customer were there to pick up very expensive items. The people loading the trucks had way better customer service than the managers sitting all day. Please do better. Will be leaving a review with crate and barrel as well for the lack of leadership and professionalism. None the less giving four stars because Charles and the other hard working employees in the ware house were kind and efficient”

“Got a fridge from them that ended up having cooling issues. They were completely reasonable and worked with me for the 90-day warranty. You have to understand that you are buying scratch and ding / resale and that comes with inherent risk. However, if you have a problem, call them and ask. They treated me very well. I will post an update after the service is completed.”
“We went there looking for a washer that wouldn’t break our wallet, we found a very reasonably priced one, and they offered warranty, delivery installation and haul away of our 2 broken washers , and it was all still less than $500. We went to the store around 11:30 and it was delivered same day by 2 pm. The manager was very helpful and would definitely recommend. Spoke spanish too which was wonderful for my mom!”
“My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”

“Here is a quick anecdote of why I loved my experience at Rooms to Go Outlet today. We started at a higher end (priced, anyhow) store and actually purchased. Then we went to a furniture outlet specializing in meatballs (Swedish, that is) among other items. Sorry, but cheap and overpriced.For our needs (mid century modern and small) we went to Rooms to Go Outlet. What an amazing variety that conformed to our needs! What a reasonable set of price points! Most of all, what a brilliant sales agent: Alex. Alex briefed us on the store and then gave us room to pick our items out. Yet, he was constantly near enough to allow for any questions or explanations that we needed. He was helpful without ever being pushy, he was friendly and professional, and his demeanor allowed us the latitude to complete our shopping with more items than we originally started shopping for. He was terrific. I recommend Rooms to Go Outlet without hesitation, especially because of Alex.”
