“Our helper today was Clayton. I loved how he throughly educated us about the mattress. I like to explore different scenarios and he was polite and answered ALL my “what if” questions. Such as, what if we wanted the separate adjustable bed mattress. What if we converted our Cal King Bed to King Size. I had many of these of only to reinforce the decision I made. We will have the mattress delivered after our trip to California and start the new year right! This mattress came highly recommended by my Chiropractor in Suwanee. The sample competition brand they have in their demo is exactly the bed that is killing my back!”
“Charles that works at this location in the warehouse section was absolutely wonderful and had great customer service. The managers on the other hand were horrible; they were supposed to call me earlier and I gave them 48 hours and they never called. When I entered the establishment none of them spoke even though me and another customer were there to pick up very expensive items. The people loading the trucks had way better customer service than the managers sitting all day. Please do better. Will be leaving a review with crate and barrel as well for the lack of leadership and professionalism. None the less giving four stars because Charles and the other hard working employees in the ware house were kind and efficient”
“I purchased furniture less than an hour ago. I thought I would have a problem getting rid of my old furniture but found someone and now I can't get ahold of anyone to schedule for delivery.”
“My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”
