I am not a PNC member, however every time I’ve gone it’s always been a pleasure to work with the staff! The staff approaches you with a warm welcome and guides you to the direction you need. I really appreciate the employees at this branch. They are so kind and always willing to help. On the phone with PNC customer service I was told my Zelle was deactivated for reasons they could not tell me. I went to the store and the employee had my Zelle account reactivated within the hour.
