    Person in charge was friendly and checkout was quick. I returned the truck on Sunday when store was closed. I used the app for return- very easy.

    From my vantage point, the owner is extremely nice as well as knowledgeable, and helping assist in all of his rental equipment. I have rented from him multiple times and he as well as his staff have excellent customer service and the community appreciates Pak Mail/ U-Haul.
