I didn't know we had an Ace until someone mentioned it. I'd been looking for a rubber tub stopper all day, visiting 7 different stores. Most had no idea what I was talking about. The crew at Ace knew, and had a selection to choose from.

Walked in and Norman was great, greeted me and help find my part for a faucet repair. The cashier was friendly as well. Great experience

This store is simply the best for customer service. I have gone in there numerous times with weird things I'm trying to find and they are always so helpful!
