“Shout out to the great customer service from the store manager (sorry, not great with names). My wife really wanted one of those mini tool boxes and asked about them when we walked in. The store manager explained that they were sold out but would be getting more in soon. We thanked him and started our shopping. A few minutes later he came up to me with one he had found while stocking a shelf that apparently somebody had tried to hide. A stroke of luck surely, but the manager didn’t have to offer it to me. Thanks again for being honest and making my wife’s day!”

“I went to Ace on Sunday to find a part for my well. All the associates were professional and courteous. The cashier directed me to where I needed to go and then radioed ahead to have someone meet me at the location. When I arrived, there were two people there to help me. You don't see service like that anymore. Great job.”
