She also helped my mom access her rewards to get her discounts for her purchase. My mom didn’t even know she had any rewards. Tycara has a positive attitude and a very professional demeanor. She was so helpful and easy to work with.”

“Not really cheap, mostly clean and orderly with decent service and conveniently located close to downtown and not so close to the crazy market area. If time is money to you, you will get in, shop and get out in less time that you need to navigate through the local superstore's parking lot. And of course you shall not be looking for food here, it is not their strongest point.”

“We went on 5/30/26 at 8:03pm and Linda attended us like she has several times before. Linda is a 10 out of 10. She knows everything about the belk store and how to order things online and how to find and use the coupons and how to ship things to your house, etc. She knows how to do everything. She has been there since before the pandemic and she is always more knowledgeable and more helpful than you can anticipate. She is so tech savvy and gets everything done quickly too. She provides excellent customer service and has a great attitude. I would go back just to see her. Every time I go shopping, I hope to see Linda there! She never disappoints.”
