He was professional, actually more knowledgeable than the support staff he was talking with, patient and overall pretty darn amazing! He didn't stop when told it was a valid charge( we knew it wasn't). I felt like he truly had my best interest at heart.

“Had this internet service when living in Thomasville, GA and they were excellent. The XStream service they provided rarely went out and on the occasion that it did, there were representatives actually manning the phones to help. Mediacom also had an after-hours answering service where a message could be left so they could help you the next day upon receiving it. (Current provider does not have that, it's sorely missed.) Now, this is all from the Internet-based service from Mediacom, had no experience with the TV or Phone side of the company. But, as far as the internet, no complaints here. At least Mediacom makes an effort (and usually succeeds) in helping their customers, there are definitely other companies that don't.”
