The Team assesses my situation and fixes my phone very fast. They often teach me what button I pressed to mess it up. They also know their products and I can purchase the right product and be on my way in a few minutes. The product sale always comes with some good tips on operating it as well. I would never choose any other mobile carrier.”

“Why people complain? i put a ticket to fix my modem a brandon show up and fix it at 900 pm this are the people make a company great he fix it the same day. what better company than this this company? this are the best never have any problems whit the equipment on 3 years and when i do they fix the same day i am staying whit them . Keep the great work”
“Had this internet service when living in Thomasville, GA and they were excellent. The XStream service they provided rarely went out and on the occasion that it did, there were representatives actually manning the phones to help. Mediacom also had an after-hours answering service where a message could be left so they could help you the next day upon receiving it. (Current provider does not have that, it's sorely missed.) Now, this is all from the Internet-based service from Mediacom, had no experience with the TV or Phone side of the company. But, as far as the internet, no complaints here. At least Mediacom makes an effort (and usually succeeds) in helping their customers, there are definitely other companies that don't.”
