“Great Target customer experience today! I was struggling with a purchase for an Apple Watch as I am not very tech savvy. I couldn’t find the displays that had the models to choose from and it appeared there were very slim pickings for available watch bands. In the middle of my crisis, I was approached by Kaliyah who had a huge smile and such a warm, and comfortable demeanor! She explained things to me and was so helpful constantly going into the back to pull out options for me that she relieved my anxiety about the whole issue.
In the middle of receiving her help, Charles (another Target associate) was walking by and also assisted with getting me what I needed. Both Kaliyah and Charles worked very well together as a team and kept a smile on my face the entire time.
It is customer service such as this that is a critical aspect of success for any customer-facing business and I applaud Target for hiring these two wonderful young people!”

“Had a great experience yesterday switching my old Metro phone with a BYOP. Shawana was very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I thought I was going in with a pain of a problem since my new phone was not a major brand and Metro mobile customer service had an internal server error when they tried, but Shawana took care of it with no issues. The store itself was also very clean and well-stocked. Thank you for a positive experience!”
“OK, I went in on December 29th to transfer my number from another carrier, there was only 1 person working the store, her name is Morgan.We completed the number change, or so we thought.On January 1st, my number haven't changed over to the new metro phone yet. So I decided to re-visit the store on the 2nd.When I got there, Morgan was helping someone else who had a issue with there service.This young lady was on the phone coustemer service going to bat for a man who just got his service the day before, and somehow they disconnected his service and wanted him to pay another connection fee.Morgan stuck to her guns for this man a good 45 minutes while I was there. When she had a moment, I let her know that my number had not been transferred to the new phone, I had other things I had to attend to so I offered to come back later in the day.To my surprise, I got a call from Morgan, and she helped me with the final process of transferring my number to my new phone.I hope metro knows that they have a TRUE customer service employee workg for them. I'm happy to have worked with this young lady. Oh....and by the way..... she was able to help the other gentlemen as well . Morgan, you rock suga !!!!”

“As a retired college instructor for the State of Georgia's Certified Customer Specialist Program, I know the tenets of quality customer service both from behind the counter and as a customer. My T-Mobile rep, Bleu, could have taught the course himself! He greeted me, listened, and immediately knew what was causing my brand, new phone to be unable to access the Internet, send texts, and perform several other basic functions: it had been set up improperly. Research finds companies that fix problems earn more loyalty than those who give "okay" service with no problems. Interesting. Bleu also had impeccable manners, a sense of humor, and immediately found common ground with me, a woman probably fifty years older than he, which made me comfortable and able to trust his ability. I entered the store upset with a "broken" new phone, and fearful of being scammed or made to feel stupid since I am not well-versed in cell phone technology. Nine minutes later I was out the door, my new phone in hand and a big smile on my face. The world was right again. Thank you, Bleu. You're the best!”

“I purchased a 128 Gb mini SD card with adapter for my FujiFilm camera. When I got to my car and tried it out, I got an error message. I went back into the store and Returns directed me to Electronics. Very nice staff in Returns. Quinn tried his best to help me and looked up a few things on the web but we both agreed my camera at 10-13 years old could not handle a mini SD of this size. He promptly gave me a credit on my credit card. I was very impressed by his knowledge. Very good service.”
