“The top part of the screen on my phone had stopped working. The staff listened to all the information I gave them and verified that they were able to recreate the issue. They had said it would take about 2 hours to repair, but had it ready in less than an hour. Courteous and professional, as well as being very reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend them for all you electronics repairs.”

“Came into Verizon yesterday with my phone acting completely crazy. It’s new and I was very concerned that I broke it but luckily I was greeted by Jack at the door. Hands down the best Verizon experience I’ve ever had. He spent the good part of a hour cleaning up my phone and making sure I had no more questions and he also educated me on how to avoid the problems I was dealing with on my phone. “I had a great experience at this T-Mobile Store. Hailey helped me finalize my decision on which new phone to purchase as well as provided several very budget friendly finance options. She was very very patient answering my numerous questions about both the device and upgrade process. She remembered me right away over a week later when I returned needing help transferring my SIM card. Her colleague, Alia, actually assisted me moving my card to my new phone and she was also very patient and knowledgeable. Both of these young associates are definitely representative of one of T-Mobile's strengths - excellent customer support.”

“I’m away on vacation and am in Savannah. We were having trouble porting out our daughter’s line from T-Mobile to Verizon, so much so that I had to go into a local store show my ID, etc. etc. I was fortunate enough to be serviced by Brianna. She was so patient and spent at least 30 minutes with me trying to help with the situation. Her coworker Marquis was also very helpful. There was no sale for these folks, but you wouldn’t know that by the way they took the time, we’re patient and extremely friendly. This is a great store staffed by some great people.”
