She helped me every step of the way to find an amazing apartment on the second floor overlooking the pool just passed the big tree. She was very positive, professional, very knowledgeable very comforting. She just took me in and helped me understand the entire process for renting at the Camden DUNWOODY location. She reached out to whomever was necessary to make sure that I understood and could get my application processed on the spot. Although he was not our leasing agent - Brandon made sure that we were taken care of. Things that took a month to address - he handled it in less than a day. “I’ve lived in a few buildings around Atlanta with amenities and what I’ve found is all the buildings are nice but they aren’t all nice to live in. The difference is how much the people that work there actually care about making it a nice place to live. I’ve never had an issue or a question that wasn’t immediately addressed. Chase and Dina are both great and the maintenance staff is the best I’ve experienced. Moving out after 3 years (not to another building) but I can’t recommend the staff here enough. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else in the city.”

“I have lived here for a couple of years now. The service quality has been trying at times but the current management has really worked hard to timely address issues on the property. Safety concerns haven’t been a big issue around this property and its proximity to a number of locations downtown and otherwise makes it a superb place to live within the city.”

“After a lot of live changes I found myself in a new state at a new job and got so lucky to find a great place to live. My apt is stylish and the amenities are wonderful. The staff is always ready to help or suggest things in the area not to miss. Being new, I especially enjoy the events the staff put on for residents. Puppy parties, Halloween parties, cookouts and more have made it easy to meet my neighbors and meet new friends. Being next to the main strip of fabulous shops and restaurants in Decatur makes going out a simple walk away. Oh, and for life stuff, my doctor is in the building in the same parking lot, CVS and the vet are just across the street, and my dentist and bank are one block away. If you've driven in Atlanta traffic you know what a big deal this is.”

“One of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. If I didn't need to relocate, I would have chosen to stay here. I loved the former proper manager Ross and the current manager Madison. From the Managers always being helpful to the maintenance staff ( the two men whose names I can't remember), for handling issues promptly. Everyone who works at this complex is extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a safe, calm apartment complex to live in.”

I was sad about that. I even called the 100 customer service and they took everything off my profile and I still wasn’t able to verify my identity.”

“Very nice quiet and safe apartments. Mangent and maintenance where awesome. The only thing I didn't like about the apartments were all the extra charges. Yout rent never the same every month. Example if your rent $1390 you end up paying something like $1580 or more a month. I think that is so unfair”
