“I only use the drive thru there but they are always quick and helpful. I needed a new bank bag for commercial deposits. I had only used the branch 3 times. They did not have any when I requested one on my 3rd visit, but actually remembered that I needed one and sent it out to me on my 4th visit. I like that sort of service. They make you feel like they want and appreciate your business.”

“Our experience at Truist Northlake was exemplary. We were working with an out of state buyer of our car and the Truist personnel were very helpful in working with his bank and getting confirmation of the funds. Duchess, in particular, was helpful and very pleasant. While we were waiting I saw her working with multiple customers and she was patient and knowledgeable. M I don’t go into bank branches very often but this was a very good experience.”
